The final stop in Ireland is the city of Dublin. Walking the streets is a charming experience where small pubs come to life with people enjoying life.
We started off the day with a traditional Irish breakfast. If you don’t know what black pudding and white pudding are then look it up…I won’t ruin it for you here.

We wrapped things up with a tour of the Guinness Factory.

Guinness Factory Tour – display of waterfall from local mountains that makes a difference in the final product taste of Guinness.

Guinness Factory Tour – a safe containing an example of the special yeast used to make Guinness. If they ever have a problem in the factory then they have a yeast sample in a protected location that could be used to get the production line up and running within 4 hours. Impressive.

Guinness Factory Tour – the sensory room where they hammer all of your senses in the steps of the Guinness making process. The room is bright white to kick-start your senses into reboot mode.

Thank you Ireland…this was exactly what we needed. Next we are heading to Jordan in the Middle East. Petra here we come!
